Tater-Tot Casserole

Another Great Freezer Cooking recipe!! Quick and easy!!


1 bag frozen tator-tots
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
1-1/2 pounds ground burger, cooked/drained
1-2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup


Do not cook with tator-tots before freezing if you are freezer cooking. Add tator-tots when you plan on eating this meal.

Using a casserole dish layer ingredients:
bottom layer: ground burger
second layer: mixed vegetables
third layer: cream of mushroom soup
last layer [details above]: tator tots

Bake at 350 F for 45-50 minutes or until tator tots are golden brown.

In order to use this as a freezer cooking recipe the directions are as follows:

After browning meat in a big pot add mixed vegetables and cream of mushroom soup. Heat until hot. Cool, pour into freezer bags. Do not add Tater-Tots until you plan to bake in a casserole dish.
